As beautiful as Idaho was, and as fabulous as it was to finally stop at a Starbucks (in Boise) after not having Starbucks for 5 long days, THIS-
was one of the highlights of the day.
Well, hello, new home state!
And we were so glad to start seeing countdowns like this:
And majestic views like this:
Oregon is surely a beautiful state with many, many, many different geographical features.
And we've only hit the far east coast! We stopped for the night in Pendleton, OR. We totally could have made the drive in to Portland before sundown BUT we needed to be able to get a truck and get our things inside, as well as set up a bed for Owen. Thus, we planned it this way so as to have the whole day on Sunday to get situated before bedtime. I'm so glad we did that!
